Leadership Course (January 26-28)

The Leadership course is under the oversight of Virginia Wesleyan University and upon successful completion attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion from Virginia Wesleyan University sponsored by the VSRA. This 2-and-a-half-day course highlighting the following topics:

• The Power of Engagement
  Turn burnout and negative habits around into positive energy

• Nuts and Bolts of Leadership
  Motivation, Trust, and Coaching

• People Skills for First Time Managers
  Moving from worker to manager

• Communicating Across Generations
  Clear and confident communication with diverse generations

• Resolving Conflict
  Resolving internal conflict
