Parking: There is NO CHARGE to park in the Ted Constant Convocation Center South Garage on 43rd Street on the day of the event. If the 1st floor is full, guests may park on additional floors of the CCC South Garage. Note: Please do not park in spaces marked as "Reserved."
The guest speaker for the June 2, 2026 luncheon meeting is Admiral Karl Thomas, Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command.
The Chairman of the VSRA Board moderates the general membership meetings. VSRA Committee Chairs provide reports to the general membership at the meetings followed by guest speaker presentations.
