RECENT NEW MEMBER COMPANIES

At the January meeting, the Board of Directors approved two new member companies.  The new member companies are Cove Point Consulting, LLC and Tri- State Painting, Inc. This brings our membership total to 233 companies.

Captain William J. Galinis Commanding Officer, Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA)

   Captain Bill Galinis is from Delray Beach,Florida.  He graduated from the United States Naval Academyin 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and later earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate Schoo lin 1989.

January Membership Meeting guest speaker Angelo Costa

Our guest speaker for the January General Membership Meeting was Angelo Costa, OSHA Compliance Safety and Health Officer for the local Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the federal agency responsible for enforcing regulations to keep workplaces healthy and accident-free  have a positive effect on the operational cost of business.

7th Annual LEGO Competition!

7th Annual Lego competition has officially been launched! Application packets have been mailed to all Public and Private schools in our area. Just as we have in past years, this year we will need technical advisors, judges, and volunteers. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and represent your company!
